Lon, you completely blew how outrageous AT&T's changes were to iPad 3G owners (after one, count 'em, one, month). I need 3G only when I am traveling, perhaps two months out of the year – total cost $60, but my usage is heavy. I watch video podcasts, want to use Air Video to stream video from my Macbook when on the road, etc. Under the new rules if I don't pay $30 EVERY MONTH, I can no longer get the unlimited data I was promised (total annual cost $360). I don't think this is even legal (bait and switch) let alone a good way to treat your customers, and Apple's silence on what AT&T has done is shameful.
