He’s perhaps best known for being the former social media guru for Kogi BBQ, the man commonly credited with the explosion of tweeting food trucks around the country over the past year or so.

Geez, Mike Prasad really needs to learn some voice skills. I've never listened to this podcast before, and I listen to lots of 'em. I thought the annoying, thin, staccato voice was one of the hosts, so I knew I wouldn't be listening to this again. But now I'm here, I see he's a guest. Mike: Nothing personal, but breathe – take a deep breath. Enunciate your words clearly and confidently. There is no rush to get it out.
The hosts are fine and I'll be back next week :)
