Great video! First episode I’ve seen, cool stuff folks.

Heh – I can definitely recognize my own over-indulgence in ‘Shiny Object Syndrome,’ and far under-indulgence in user-testing! Learning from mistakes, and redesigning with a UX focus :)

Philosophy-dork tangent: I love the perspective of personal computers being a key tool in the next stage of human consciousness/enlightenment/connection. I’m currently reading The Phenomenon of Man, a book written by Pierre Teilhard de Chardin in the 1950s, in which he talks about the ‘next evolution’ of consciousness being a hyper-personal hyper-connected collective consciousness, bringing together the individuals of humanity. Exploring his ideas, written in the 1950s, now in the internet-infused 21st century, is nothing short of mind-blowing. Shout-out to mid-20th century philosophy haha, check it out if you’re curious! Wonderful book.

Great episode! Combined all my favorite things: technology, personal development, spirituality. I loved hearing about how all 3 share similar principals. Technology has the power to elevate human consciousness, and bring us together like never before. Not there’s anything wrong with posting up videos of pandas sneezing, I just feel it’s time we take advantage of these amazing tools, and use it to change our world.

I have been watching and following Jose and Aure for a long time now. This is one of the best episodes I have seen. The personal perspective of an experienced designer is more valuable than 100 classes or books. One thing they don’t teach in school, is that design has a great business/client relationship part to it. Helping my clients understand their business is a big part of what I do everyday. I should start charging for business consultations!
